In recent months, “digital wellbeing” has become a hot new topic. While organisations such as the Center for Human Technology and the movement “Time Well Spent”, have been advocating a more conscious use of digital technologies for some years, it is only in recent months that the topic has become more prominent. Tech companies such as Google and Apple are propagating new tech habits in large campaigns and are altering their own technological defaults. Other corporations and organisations are starting to think about strategies for their employees to have a healthier relationship with technology. The betterplace lab has been involved in this discussion from very early on. We now want to continue the learning and conversation about digital wellbeing in the coming months. For this purpose, we invite you to an informal but focussed lunchtime conversation.
